Nicky Saunders, In the world of content creation and social media strategy, Nicky Saunders is an influential voice who educates her mass following on growing their online presence with techniques that are organic and impactful.

As a personal branding specialist best known for her skill in video editing, Saunders is the strategist behind the growth of motivational speaker Eric Thomas’s online community, increasing his Facebook and Instagram accounts from 300,000 followers to 2 million in a year and a half.

Saunders is driven to help her digital community by not only giving them tools and resources that are distinctive from others, but to help them feel comfortable with telling their stories in a way that feels true to them.

Based on the results she achieved for Thomas and his team, Saunders was encouraged to start her own agency in 2018. She created Beastmode Digital (relaunching as Deeper Than The Brand), an online community and one-stop-shop for assisting speakers, authors, coaches, and entertainers with services like consulting, graphic and web design, content creation, and online course development.

Outside of her agency and being head of media and online branding for Thomas, Saunders is a partner in several projects, including Social Media Examiner – a social media marketing resource destination – where she is an instructor in their society and helping to organize their video summit, and Thomas’s new program extreme execution, which helps coaches and entrepreneurs create six-figure businesses by teaching them how to tap into their strengths and identify how to be their best selves through a Flight Assessment.

Jason White, A man whose passion, charisma, and people skills have fueled his success in both business and life. From humble roots with nothing more than a public high school diploma (his Ph.D.), Jason’s initial path was far from monumental. After dedicating a decade of service to the U.S. Coast Guard right after high school and becoming a gas attendant, Jason boldly transitioned into the complex world of federal government contracting in 2008. It took him nearly three years to secure his first contract.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he launched The Federal Code, a groundbreaking venture designed to secure lucrative government contracts and empower individuals with the skills to succeed in the federal arena. Today, Jason’s impact speaks volumes: over 10,000 students, more than 250 government contracts secured, and over 40 active contracts.

Driven by a profound sense of duty and a desire to effect meaningful change, Jason embarked on a new journey by cofounding Only1Code nonprofit organization. Recognizing the challenges faced by those who have served their country and individuals who have been previously incarcerated, Jason envisioned a platform dedicated to fostering awareness and providing essential education. Only1Code helps veterans and previously incarcerated individuals reintegrate through job-training and reentry programs.

entrepreneur. Aside from his expertise, Jason is the charismatic host of "After Party w/ Jason White," where he's interviewed influential figures like Rick Ross, Tabitha Brown, Dame Dash, and many more, showcasing his dynamic interview skills and ability to connect with diverse personalities.

Traci Powell is a distinguished real estate professional with over 23 years of experience, renowned for her leadership and commitment to excellence. After partnering on a boutique real Estate firm, In August 2024, she founded Realty One Group Purpose, a minority and women-owned brokerage serving Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Under her guidance, the brokerage integrates advanced technology with personalized service to deliver exceptional real estate solutions. Servicing investors, portfolio consulting, property management, first time buyers and a plethora of other representational real estate transactions.

A Philadelphia native from the Germantown neighborhood, Traci studied engineering at Drexel University. Her analytical background enhances her strategic approach to real estate transactions, enabling her to navigate complex deals effectively. 

Traci's professional achievements have earned her recognition as one of Philadelphia's top 40 under 40 in real estate and a feature in Philadelphia Magazine's top luxury realtors in 2024. She also graced the cover of the February 2022 issue of Philadelphia Real Producers, underscoring her influence in the industry. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Traci is dedicated to community empowerment. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, organizations committed to fostering inclusivity and supporting minority professionals.

Sulaiman W. Rahman is a lifelong entrepreneur and visionary leader who has consistently turned bold ideas into thriving ventures. His entrepreneurial journey began in college, where he strategically leveraged student loans to invest in multi-unit apartment buildings—laying the foundation for a future defined by innovation, ownership, and impact.

At just 24 years old, Sulaiman became a full-time entrepreneur, launching a pioneering online business during the early days of the internet.
